Cancellation Policy
If any scheduled bike tours/rentals, horse-carriage tours, pedicab tours are canceled due to bad weather conditions, the customers may choose to postpone the day service is given or a full refund. In that case, a full credit will be available if the customers notify us about the cancellation via e-mail or telephone(1-646-399-7404) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tours or rentals.
